These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 318 Tote Rentals website and your reservation of our moving tote rental service. By submitting a reservation or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

318 Tote Rentals provides reusable moving totes and dollies for rent, delivered to and picked up from addresses within our service area: Shreveport, Bossier City, Benton, Haughton, Blanchard, Greenwood, and Stonewall, Louisiana.

2. Reservations

Submitting a reservation request through our website does not guarantee availability. We will confirm your delivery date, package, and pricing within one business day of your request. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive that confirmation from us. We require a minimum of 3 days between booking confirmation and your move date so we can prepare your totes and dollies for delivery.

3. Rental period & pricing

Each package is rented on a weekly basis at the price listed at the time of booking. Extending your rental beyond the first week is available at the discounted extra-week rate shown for your package. Additional totes beyond your package's included count may be added at $3.50 per tote.

4. Delivery & pickup

Delivery and pickup are included in every package. We will coordinate a delivery window with you ahead of your move date and a pickup window once you confirm you are ready to return the totes.

5. Care of rental items

You agree to use the totes and dollies for their intended purpose and to return them in the condition they were delivered, normal wear excepted. Specific terms regarding loss, damage, and replacement costs are detailed in the Rental Agreement, which you will be asked to review and accept before delivery.

6. Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, contact us as soon as possible at (318) 642-4323 or simplysouthern318@gmail.com. We will work with you to find a new date where possible.

7. Payment

Payment is handled separately from this website through an invoice sent to you at the time of booking confirmation. Specific payment terms, including any deposit required, will be included in that invoice and in your Rental Agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

318 Tote Rentals is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, or other events that prevent timely delivery or pickup. We are not responsible for items you choose to pack inside the totes; you are responsible for packing your own belongings appropriately.

9. Website use

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a reservation request and not to use our website for any unlawful purpose.

10. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.

11. Modifications to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
